We are looking for a
**Helpdesk Technician **for the largest automotive marketplace in Canada.
As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide support to Trader Company employees for all their hardware and software issues; Investigate and resolve reported issues; Install and configure new equipment; Provide exceptional customer service within service agreement levels; Collaborate with other teams (like the infrastructure team) to resolve larger and escalated issues.
**what you will do**
- Investigate and resolve issues reported to the Support Center. Ensure compliance with service agreement levels.
- Configure and deploy new hardware, including for transferred employees and new employees, and perform upgrades.
- Create documentation for both end users and the Help Desk knowledge base.
- Perform special projects as required, including upgrades and deployments of new software and mobile phones.
**Experience and skills**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to organize work, set priorities and make decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to work effectively in ateam
- Bilingual (French / English)
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT certification
- Two or more years of support experience
- Good knowledge of Office 365 and Windows
- Experience supporting Apple devices including desktops, laptops and phones
