**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team. As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dealership's pre-owned Sales department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Pre-Owned Sales Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve pre-owned sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimize sales performance.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dealership environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of dealership operations, inventory management, and sales processes.
- Proficiency in automotive CRM systems and sales software - 180, CDK, and Dealer Socket
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
