Altruck International Truck Centres is currently seeking an Inside Parts Sales Professional for its Hamilton location. In this position you must be able to work rotating shifts to cover store hours (i.e. Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 11:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm) for a total of 42.5 hours per week.
Summary
As an Engine Parts Specialist you will be responsible for assisting your Team in achieving sales goals by advising, sourcing, supplying and the timely delivery of parts and accessories to our Service Technicians and Customers.

What you’ll do:
- Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees. Utilize parts expertise to recommend parts based on customer needs
- Becoming highly efficient at searching part numbers within our operating systems
- Process orders generated from face to face and electronic interactions
- Assist in inventory, including cycle counts
- Attend dealer-specified and/or factory-sponsored training courses, and complete “e-learn” courses as scheduled by management
- Other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions: Our Parts Counter Representatives can expect to work indoors, periodically standing, walking and reaching high and low for parts. They will often work at a rapid pace. They are required to lift heavy items; however, they must be requested assistance for objects or parts that exceed 50 lbs. This is a physically demanding position.
