BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) is seeking to recruit an additional Vancouver West manager to help lead Clinical Operations in the Coastal South District.

**What you’ll do**:

- Serve as an influential leader and key member of our clinical operations management team
- Travel within your district, connecting with your team, both in the boardroom and in the field
- Provide strategic and operational leadership in a 24/7 operation
- Work closely with team members from across the organization and with external stakeholders to identify risks and develop evidence-based solutions
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate out-of-hospital health services using data to inform intelligent decisions
- Ensure patient care is efficient, effective and safe
- Lead, coach and mentor supervisors and front line staff
- Promote a patient-focused, supportive and respectful culture
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation
- Develop, implement, and evaluate solutions to improve services in your area of responsibility, and provincially

**What you bring**:
Qualifications and Certifications
- At least five years of progressively more responsible experience in health care, or the delivery of emergency management services or other complex care settings
- A valid paramedic or other relevant professional license to practice in BC is desirable (or out of province equivalent)
