Addison Chevrolet is currently hiring an experienced Service Administrator/Warranty Clerk to join our fast and busy team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Submitting all warranty claims to General Motors for payment on completed repairs
- Responsible for preparing invoices for both customer and internal charges
- Booking service appointments
- Assisting customers when needed with the dropping off or the picking up of their vehicles
- Perform any other administrative tasks as directed

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of automotive experience is preferred
- Preference will go to anyone with dealership background (but not mandatory)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment.
