Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Review of incoming customer agreements in a timely manner while following company policies and practices.
- Conduct contract negotiations with both internal and external customers.
- Provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers on the status of agreements.
- Track and upload all executed agreements into the contract repository (NDA Central).
- Update NDA Central customer master list.
- Add new users to allow access to NDA Central.
- Update and maintenance of Non-Disclosure Policy.
- Provide quarterly statistics on turnaround time and number of agreements processed.

FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act)
- Process internal requests for background report on companies/individuals from risk management company
- Reference appropriate regional P.O. purchase number when placing order through the supplier portal.
- Work with VIAVI Finance and supplier to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Review risk management reports received from supplier.
- Update and maintain accurate timely report results on FCPA Sharepoint log with details provided by supplier as per FCPA Policy.
- Update and maintenance of FCPA Policy.
- Provide quarterly statistics on FCPA request activity.

Legal Contract Management
- Creating and finalizing new agreement templates.
- Review/Updating of Viavi’s current agreement templates.
- Updating of Viavi’s Terms and Conditions (Customers/Suppliers)
- Monthly updating of Signing Authority Listing
- Management of Signing Delegation Listing
- Manage Permissions for the site

Other Duties
- Support administration and implementation of legal department policies and initiatives (e.g., Insider Trading policies, Disclosure Committee, etc.)

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

- Strong written and oral communications skills and the ability to use good judgement within broadly defined policies and practices.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and flexibility in the performance of duties.
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a strong client service orientation a must.
- Build positive relationships within the internal and external communities.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Project Management or Paralegal Certification preferred
