**YOUR MISSION**

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Systems, the Coordinator - HRIS will be a key player in how information is managed in the employee life cycle, using various systems.

**The Coordinator - HRIS will**:

- Provide operational support for system-related issues and question (SuccessFactors, Workforce, etc.);
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing tools and processes with a strong focus to simplifyand streamline;
- Train and support users in the various Talent systems with the goal of building autonomy for end-users (Talent team, Managers, etc.);
- Build and extract reports to enhance data-driven decision making across the Talent team and the organization;
- Recommend and support strategies to validate data integrity, quality and security;
- Understand the relationships between systems to ensure effective coordination of Talent information and processes;
- Write, prepare and conduct training on the use of systems;
- Ensure system documentation up-to-date;
- Be part of a project team to build up the capabilities of the HR systems through automation, integrations, processimprovements.

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- Have a background in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a relevant program that will allow you to put into practice;
- Have previous experience using integrated human resources information software (an asset);
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- The ability to pay attention to detail
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
