We are looking for an experienced, innovative marketer to join our team.

Reporting to the VP, Brand and Social Impact, we are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead a team of marketing professionals to create and execute marketing plans that serve to increase brand affinity, grow our guest/fan base, and help drive revenue. Acting as a liaison between the business function leaders and marketing, you will translate OSEG’s overall business needs into results driven marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Develop and drive a brand and marketing strategy for OSEG that delivers against business objectives;
- Oversee the marketing department’s planning, budgeting, and setting of annual objectives;
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative content, visuals, and branded experiences across all channels that help to acquire new fans/guests, and build upon brand equity;
- Ensure all work produced follows corporate identity and visual brand standards;
- Coach, manage and align marketing professionals across the brand and content, digital, business intelligence, game day production and community teams;
- Identify and execute concepts and strategies that promote ticket sales;
- Work to build strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships with business lines across OSEG;
- Guide content strategy and messaging architecture;
- Drive the continual development and innovation of the department;
- Anticipate emerging trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing efforts and strategies;
- Translate data and insights into scalable marketing opportunities;
- Deliver, monitor and evaluate results; ensure stated objectives are delivered on plan and where required, take corrective actions to achieve targets;
- Take an active role in finding process improvements to drive increased efficiency in the marketing team;
- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies as necessary.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- Post-secondary degree in marketing;
- 7+ years in a marketing leadership role;
- Marketing experience in the sports and entertainment industry an asset;
- A proven track record of brand and content development, creative, digital marketing, business intelligence, social media, and project management;
- An advanced understanding of analytics, metrics, and data - ability to measure, and report;
- Excellent business and financial acumen skills;
- Superior attention to detail, excellent copywriting and editing skills, including the effective use of style and tone;
- The ability to prioritize projects, to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and to meet objectives in an exciting and agile environment;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain processional relationships both internally and externally;
- Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required;
- Bilingualism in English & French are assets.
