**Qualifications**:

- Fine dining experience is highly preferred
- 3 years of full-service restaurant cooking experience
- Kitchen supervisor experience is an asset
- Requires good communication skills
- A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen
- Requires moderate supervision and training
