En tant que spécialiste du recouvrement bilingue (français/anglais), vous effectuerez une variété de tâches de recouvrement et de crédit liées aux opérations de notre succursale, y compris le contact initial avec le client, la demande d'action/suivi approprié et l'enregistrement des litiges. Vous faciliterez la résolution des litiges en assurant la coordination avec les parties concernées.

As our Bilingual Collection Specialist (French/English), you will perform a variety of collection and credit tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes.
