Summary:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within various industries requiring warehousing and logistics services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Generate additional business, exceeding monthly volume and revenue targets while expanding portfolio size.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their warehousing and logistics needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to assess service performance and address any issues.
- Understand clients' supply chain requirements and offer tailored warehousing and logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and close sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with decision makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our value proposition in warehousing services, to clients and leadership.
- Provide comprehensive warehousing solutions and services tailored to meet clients need.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry.
- Strong operational knowledge and analytical skills in warehousing operations and supply chain solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong sales orientation.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Support strategies and proactively target new business opportunities across North America, focusing on warehousing services.
- Conduct in-depth market research to comprehend industry dynamics, competitor landscape, and better understand client needs.
- Demonstrated success in sales within logistics or warehousing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and management
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive networking, cold calling, and lead generation, while prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Willingness and ability to be on call as needed to provide 24-hour service to customers.
- Willingness and ability to travel within and outside branch service area, with occasional overnight stays.
- Perform other duties as required.
Pay & benefits:
- Basic Salary & Commission up to 100K or more.
- Vacation available after probation period.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
