As the District Mobile Manager, you will oversee and optimize our mobile units' operations across multiple locations within your assigned district. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient delivery of products/services, managing a team of mobile operators, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments to drive operational excellence, manage resources, and contribute to the growth and profitability of our mobile operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The District Mobile Manager’s accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and supervising a team of mobile operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitoring routes, locations, and service times to optimize efficiency and maximize customer reach
- Upholding a customer-centric approach, ensuring that mobile operators provide exceptional customer service
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image
- Allocating resources effectively, including staffing, inventory, and equipment, to meet operational requirements and achieve performance targets
- Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mobile operations, such as delivery times, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Monitoring stock levels, replenishment processes, and product rotation
- Ensuring that mobile units and operations comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Overseeing the district's budget for mobile operations, including staffing, maintenance, fuel, and supplies expenses.
- Providing regular reports to senior management on district performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Providing training and ongoing development to mobile operators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
**QUALIFICATION**S**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a mobile or field service environment
- Problem-solving orientation, with the ability to resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
