Digital Egg is a start-up digital marketing agency that hatched from the passion of growing businesses & brands. We're a fun young team with creative minds & a laid back work culture. We're looking to bring on board a social media manager who will play an integral role in our team

**What you are about**:
You are a highly motivated individual who is **creative**, has a **passion for social media** and constantly looking to learn.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience with social media managment, schedule creation and planning
- Ability to edit photographs and videos for social media engagement
- Strong writing proficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple clients at once
- On top of social media trends & viral content
- Experience with social media ads & campaigns
- Advanced with Adobe Products including Photoshop & Adobe Premiere Pro

**Responsibilities**:

- Content creation and social media management. Develop, package and schedule engaging content for our clients
- Demonstrate ability to create and edit social media content through videos and photographs of different clients & industries
- Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate social media requirements.
- Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business.
- Build and nurture relationships with our clients and discuss their needs
- Create strategic content social media and grow our clients' following and community engagement on their platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, report on progress, and recommend creative solutions to achieving goals.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
