**The Role**
As Internal Communications Advisor, you’ll be supporting the Director of Culture & Communications to deliver a first-class culture & engagement strategy and an internal communications strategy that supports a global, diverse, and often remote workforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Seequent’s growth by helping to operationalise the culture and communications strategies, with a focus on internal communication, wellbeing, and engagement. You will work across Seequent and Bentley Systems teams to maintain a regular cadence of internal communications to all Seequent team members, to ensure our people are informed, are motivated in their roles, and enjoy being part of the team.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Support the delivery of the internal communications strategy and the culture & engagement strategy
- Lead the successful set up of new digital channels and programs as part of rollout of a future Digital Communications Strategy.
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as the intranet, video scripts, and a regular internal newsletter.
- Provide editorial support for business-wide internal communication initiatives of regions or functional teams.
- Direct and execute a regular cadence of monthly, quarterly, and annual company communication by the CEO to all staff
- Advise Senior Executive team members on function/team announcements, speaking notes, presentations, and updates as requested
- Facilitate interactive, two-way feedback processes with employees about the quality of internal communications, to enhance the experiences of our people.
- Design a measurement and evaluation framework for our internal communications by identifying appropriate success metrics and reporting on trends and patterns.

**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in internal communications, advising senior team members on communications, culture, employee engagement
- Tertiary or relevant qualification in communications, marketing, political sciences, business, or commerce
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills; able to produce high-quality work quickly and without instruction
- Experience in change management communications an asset
- Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data to measure staff engagement with communication initiatives
- Strategic and creative thinking to help shape culture and internal communication strategies
- Project management, planning, tracking, and reporting
- Innovative, open, and able to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to generate fresh, creative new ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly effective at developing strong credibility and working relationships
- Ability to travel as required (infrequent)
