_**Who is Spinify?**_
Spinify is the world's leading Sales Gamification Software. Spinify is the missing sales enablement piece, connecting CRM and all the other software you use to manage sales. Spinify lets you create competitions to change behaviour and move the needle.
We are looking for someone with strong Customer Success experience in a SAAS company. Your role is to increase and maintain the current renewal rate and ultimately educate our customers on how to maximize the benefit of Spinify.

- **Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:_
- Onboard new customers and set them up for success
- Understand how our customers want to use Spinify and help make it a reality
- Support customers to rollout additional use cases and enable them to have the best possible impact on their business
- Be a primary point of contact for customers to communicate use case/requirements/expectations in a way that is actionable
- Monitor and improve customer success KPIs, and work to make customer success processes and structures scalable.
- Customer relationship management
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product in order to help implement a comprehensive CS strategy with a customer-first approach.
- Helping build expansion opportunities - passive selling
- **Skills and qualifications**:_
- 2+ years in customer success management within a SAAS setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong customer relationships and deliver a customer-centric solution that met defined KPIs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- At least 2 years experience in Salesforce
- Experience in Churnzero or similar software is a strong bonus
- Experience with Gong.io or similar coaching tools
- Energy and great work ethic
- Flexibility and enjoy trying new things. Making changes and trying again

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
