- Assist store manager and assistant manager on reaching all store objectives on a daily basis
- Store Maintenance
- Oversee all cash functions and is able to perform all duties including opening and closing procedures.
- Consistently monitor and encourage team members to meet the companies service standards
- Proactive in solving customer concerns and escalations
- Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Help promote a positive work environment and team morale
- Train new team members
- Dispatch delivery orders
- Receive shipments and prepare transfers

**Qualifications**:

- Criminal Background Check
- Must be able to work at our other locations as well (Brampton, North York, York)
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Flexible in hours
- Exceedingly knowledgeable about cannabis
- Passionate about cannabis and normalizing its use
- Strong Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pass provincial training course
- High School Diploma
- Reliable
- Trust-worthy
- Minimum 2yrs in retail/customer service
- Key Holder experience an asset
- Marketing/advertising experience is also an asset
- Must have a valid G license and has access to own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.75-$19.00 per hour
