**Primary Function**:
Plans and directs all sales activities, develops and evaluates sales programs, monitors sales performance; recommends changes in marketing plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions, and prepares rates.

Responsibilities / Skills / Competencies:

- Works under minimum direction from General Manager
- Develops sales objectives and strategies in accordance with overall objectives.
- Directs sales activities consistent with objectives.Prepare accurate rates in a timely manner.
- Forecasts revenue on a regular basis by reviewing marketing information, sales patterns, expected growth, established targets, and other data so as to provide cash flow and other financial planning information.
- carries out sales activities through personal contact, including negotiating rates and other conditions of sale to enhance retention and maximization of account revenue potential.
- establishes marketing strategies and programs.
- tracks operating performance measures.
- prepares and conducts effective customer presentations and represents the company in an professional and ethical manner.
