Reporting to the Front Desk Supervisors, the Reception Attendant takes room reservations, welcomes guests upon their arrival and during their stay, provides information about the establishment and its services as well as tourist attractions, and handles guest payments. During night shifts, the receptionist is responsible for reviewing business transactions conducted throughout the day in order to balance accounts and deposits, and to close cash registers, all while ensuring overnight reception services.

**Task description**:

- Classify commercial transactions carried out during the day
- Verify and correct transaction records and update hotel guest notes
- Balance the accounts and close the cash registers of the various points of sale
- Produce the daily income report
- Answer the phone and route incoming calls
- Take reservations
- Perform departures and arrivals
- Manage reservations and group arrivals
- Collaborate with the security department
- Handle customer complaints
- Other administrative and/or accounting tasks
