**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to user requests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP Concur, CCH Tagetik and Murex solutions via Outlook.
- Analyze problems received by reading logs to establish the cause of the problem
- Search for possible solutions to undocumented problems
- Offer comprehensive solutions to system users
- Ensure the proper functioning of the various modules through periodic checks
- Ensure communication to users during system transitions

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in computer science, business informatics or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Application Support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solution
- Experience with SAP Concur
- Experience with CCH Tagetik
- Experience with Murex
- Experience in an agile context with the Jira solution
- Knowledge of MSSQL
- Fluency in French and knowledge of English.

Assets:

- Knowledge of autosys or other enterprise schedulers
- Knowledge of financial concepts applied to portfolio management, financial instruments and risk management
- Knowledge of the Microsoft BI platform SSRS / SSIS / SSAS
- C# programming language and Microsoft.NET framework
