Founded in 2008, Paragon Design Build is a real estate developer with a full-service property management service. We take care of everything from land assembly and development to design and construction; followed by our property management service for our residents. We hold our work to the highest standards in our industry and are looking at growing our team to allow us to continue to exceed our own expectations

The primary function of this role is to work along side and support the CEO of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized with an attention to details. This is a full time Monday-Friday position.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Work closely with the Director of Property Management to plan and help facilitate events on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain records, correspondence and upkeep of online files
- Conducting research as required
- Record and prepare meeting minutes and meeting agendas
- Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, proposals etc. using PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 3 years directly related experience required.
- Experience managing electronic calendars to schedule and coordinate meetings
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential documents and coordination of communications
- Experience in organizing special events including planning, guest lists, invitations, facility confirmations and catering arrangements
- Experience in the construction industry would be preferred, however not required

- Must be able to work effectively in a team-based collaborative environment
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on tasks and issues in a timely manner

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
