The day-to-day challenges are obviously varied and the incumbent must be able to take on different missions - both tactical and strategic and support them in the support they offer to the different teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essentially, your contribution will ensure a high level of reliability of the executive office towards the various stakeholders despite the wide variety of activities.
- As a strategic advisor, you will contribute to the definition and development of strategic planning and monitoring, the monitoring of business plans and performance, the determination of targets, the identification of opportunities to improve service delivery as well as the design and delivery of business strategies and solutions;
- Provide leadership and influence to the various stakeholders in the context of projects and projects involving strategic and complex development and interventions, of a cross-cutting and highly innovative nature. In this regard, you will contribute to the development and recommendation of strategic orientations and business positions;
- Formulate recommendations relating to the development and implementation of files or projects of very high operational and conceptual complexity requiring a global and in-depth analysis and understanding of the business field and the organization;
- Be proficient in communication and interpersonal relations and be a guarantor of confidentiality;
- You will have to interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in various fields of expertise;
- Exercise a consulting and content role in your area of expertise and act as a resource person and coach to senior management and decision-making bodies;
- Extract the required management information from the appropriate systems or via interviews, identify performance gaps and suggest solutions to correct the trajectory;
- Master the different agendas with a particular focus on governance meetings: executive committee, management committees, boards of directors, regulatory meetings - and ensure a high level of preparation for these;
- Ensure a high level of accessibility of the executive office to the various stakeholders by sharing the burden of responding to communications received and ensuring follow-up;
- Advise and support the planning, development, implementation and follow-up of various strategic projects and mandates;
- Oversee the development and evolution of policies, standards, models and programs in support of projects and strategic mandates;
- Identify and analyze problems, address significant issues, establish diagnoses and make recommendations to the authorities concerned;
- Prepares and gathers relevant information for a variety of internal and external speaking engagements;
- Ensure the preparation of files, conduct relevant preliminary consultations and document issues; conduct analyses, identify possible implications, recommend appropriate actions or suggest solution scenarios; Conducts the necessary follow-ups.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Pro-active, resourceful and autonomous;

- Strong in constructive proposals and problem-solving;
- Six Sigma belt holder is an asset; certification to be provided if applicable;
- Skilled in communication, managerial courage, able to develop an argument and support his proposals, able to rally the interests of the group, easily accepts criticism;
- Comfortable with data analysis and handling modern IT systems (CRM, ERP, Sharepoint), ability to quickly present and analyze multiple raw data.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (French and English), Spanish an asset;
- Master's degree in communication, professional writing or any other equivalent degree and/or in a field deemed relevant;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position or in a consulting firm;
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively on multi-faceted engagements involving multiple professionals globally;
- Experience working with senior executives;
- Ability to adapt, work on multiple files in parallel, work within tight deadlines and be flexible;
- Very comfortable with technology;
- Autonomy, intellectual curiosity, efficiency, rigour;
- Good teamwork and communication skills
