**Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk**
This position requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual with excellent organization and computer skills using Quickbooks and/or Sage, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. This person will be responsible for performing general office and accounting support duties including:
- Follow up on overdue accounts and necessary collections activities to ensure accounts receivables are in good standing.
- Posting customer invoices and payments
- Responding to customer and internal inquiries related to accounts receivable
- Maintain written logs of communications with customers
- Must be willing to help other staff members and departments and collaborate to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
**Requirements of the job**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience processing accounts receivable and administrative support
- High School Diploma
- Some Post secondary education in accounting / administration or equivalent experience
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
