**What you will be doing**:
360Insights is looking to evolve the experience for our clients and partners through deeper integrations across our products and an enhanced platform offering. A key part of this strategy is to enable our clients and users to access and consume the essential information they need in the manner they need it. To enable this, we look to invest further into developing our reporting capabilities which will power the various use cases needed to support our business and clients. We are looking for an experienced leader to drive this strategic focus area.

- creating and communicating the reporting team strategy to address short and long term needs
- driving the plan to build and deliver on the strategy
- leading/supporting the assessment, decision, and implementation of new/upgraded tooling
- optimizing the process of intake, requirements, scheduling, and delivery of reporting solutions
**A bit more about the role**:
- You will learn and understand the nature and types of reporting requests at 360Insights for both internal users and external customers.
- You will create the vision, strategy and tactics for the report team’s success.
- You will develop/maintain continuous discovery and deep knowledge of the users/personas needs of reporting and the objectives/business questions to be solved via reporting.
- You will work with data engineering team, infrastructure, security, and architecture to design and build out a reporting platform to service 360 reporting needs and to ensure reporting solutions are aligned with architecture, security and privacy best practices
- You will drive the evaluation and selection of tooling for report delivery
- You will work closely with internal teams to establish the process and protocols for ongoing reporting against data in the data lake and/or enterprise data warehouse.
- You will work closely with the business to manage priorities and expectations on report requests
- You will work with reporting developers to establish training plans and uplevel the team to improve efficiency and productivity
- You will help our business teams and clients understand the data by providing valuable insights relevant to their business goals
**What you’ll bring**:
- 10+ years’ experience with similar reporting leadership role, ideally in a SaaS company
- 5+ years of experience as a hands-on reporting or SQL developer
- 10+ year experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker)
- Experience with designing and building automated report delivery and self-serve reporting
- Experience designing and building data marts, derived from operational data structures to support report demands
- Experience working with senior business managers; to defined business insights/questions, coupled with understanding of data, to provide report assertions and recommendations to meet their needs
- Experience presenting reports and reporting insights to Sr. business leaders
- Experience with any of AWS S3 and Athena and Redshift a plus
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve business outcomes for customers
- Experience with leading, supporting and implementing change management in a rapid growing organization
- Strong communication skills with ability to flex communication styles based on audience and context
