**Supervisor/ Lead Hand/ Crew Lead**

**Wage**: $22-28 an hour (depending on experience and education)

Rock Water Plant, is a family owned and operated, design-build firm that specializes in pond and waterfall installation and high-end residential landscaping.

We are pond specialists devoted to creating the best ponds and waterfalls ever Building ponds and waterfalls is a unique job with many rewarding opportunities and the ability to learn new trades. We have been building ponds for ten years and we have built a company that rewards loyalty and hard work. We have many positions available with lots of room to learn, grow and make a decent wage.

Our main office and shop are located in Elmira but we service the Tri cites and meet in KW.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Expected to work long days 10-11 hours shifts Mondays to Friday
- some Saturdays mandatory

Daily responsibilities will be to supervise a 2-3 man team and assist with our pond building and maintenance crew on residential projects. A willingness to work hours beyond the norm on occasion are required. No Sundays with Saturday work to be expected.

The successful applicant will be physical fit, energic with a great work ethic. The applicant must be able to be active all day long and be able to work outside, all day, in all weather conditions.

Applicants with a clean drivers abstract will be given priority and experience in driving a truck/trailer combination is an asset.

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
