We are seeking a hardworking, organized, and positive individual to assist our accounting lead with a wide range of administrative, reporting, and support tasks at our farm winery. Duties will include but limited to: answering phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner, filing, typing, copying, scanning, payment and expense reconciliation, maintaining sales data and inventory, assisting our order desk and delivery scheduling.

We are an early adopter of a 4-day work week in which our team members are paid for 40 hours but work 36 hours a week. In return, all full-time team members will be paid to volunteer 9 hours every 8 weeks for organisations in our community.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- no minimum job or work experience. The right “fit” is all about human qualities, energy and aptitudes.
- commitment to live within 30-minutes of the rural business.
- willingness to work retail/hospitality hours, including weekends.
- ability to lift 30 lbs
- transportation to and from work
- clean driving record and valid, full driver’s license,
- Must be over the age of 19

**Start Date**:

- Immediate or as negotiated

**Compensation**:

- Salary disclosed upon interview.
