**Responsibilities**:
Gérer et soutenir l'administration départementale, en veillant à ce que les opérations soient efficaces et aient un bon rendement.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures administratives afin de garantir le respect des normes et des réglementations de l'entreprise.
Gérer les tâches administratives liées aux contrats et aux accords.
Interpréter et comprendre les documents juridiques et fournir des recommandations à la direction.
Gérer et contrôler les budgets et les dépenses du département.
Coordonner avec les partenaires commerciaux appropriés afin d’assurer la réalisation en temps voulu des initiatives visant à stimuler des résultats opérationnels.
Assurer la liaison avec les autres départements afin de garantir une communication et une collaboration sans faille.
Embaucher, former et superviser le personnel administratif, en assurant un encadrement et un soutien continus pour garantir la réussite.
Contrôler et maintenir les niveaux d'inventaire et commander des fournitures au besoin.
Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux parties prenantes internes et externes.
Gestion générale du bureau

Manage and support departmental administration, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Manage administrative tasks related to contracts, and agreements.
Interpret and understand legal documents and provide recommendations to management.
Manage and monitor department budgets and expenses.
Co-ordinate with appropriate business partners to ensure timely completion of initiatives to drive operating results.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Hire, train and supervise administrative staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
General office management
Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, français et anglais
Interpréter et comprendre les documents juridiques et fournir des recommandations à la direction.
Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de leadership et d'organisation
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer des priorités concurrentes.
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou autre domaine connexe
Analyse quantitative
Analyse des données

**Formation**:
Diplôme collégial de quatre ans ou expérience équivalente

**Expérience professionnelle**:
3+ ans d'expérience au niveau des opérations ou 5+ ans d'expérience dans un secteur similaire
2+ ans d'expérience en gestion
Expérience au niveau de la gestion et du développement d'équipes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French and English
Interpret and understand legal documents and provide recommendations to management.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Quantitative analysis
Data analytics

**Educational Background**:
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

**Professional Experience**:
3+ Years of operations experience or 5+ years of similar industry experience
2+ Years prior management
Previous experience managing and developing teams.
