**Floors2Go**is a locally owned and operated construction company that does flooring installation, tiles, marble and natural stone installations, bathroom renovation services, heated flooring installation, custom showers and waterproofing systems. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Tiling Specialist** to join our team

**What you will do**:

- Measure and assess work areas to determine the required materials and layout patterns.
- Cut tiles using manual and electric cutting tools to fit specific areas and designs.
- Install tiles in accordance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Repair and replace damaged tiles or sections as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and building regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to meet project timelines and specifications.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Tiling Specialist.
- Proficiency in using tile-cutting equipment and hand tools.
- Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Keen eye for detail and precision.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**We offer**:

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Additional pay:
