We are currently looking for a Data Integrity and Administrative Specialist to join our team of committed professionals. This full-time contract position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Elm location in Sudbury.
Under the leadership of the Senior Program Manager, the Data Integrity and Administration Specialist provides administrative and program support to the department, with a focus on data integrity as per program performance and funding requirements.

**START DATE**: As soon as possible

**LOCATION**: Sudbury, ON

**RATE OF PAY**: TBD

**HOURS**: 40 per week

Major Responsibilities
- Ensure data program priorities, guidelines and procedures meet the data management requirements according to funder and association expectations
- Prepare and sort documents and data sheets for the purpose of data entry and follow-up
- Ensure and verify that accurate data has been entered into program specific databases in a timely manner
- Verify source documents against entered data to ensure data integrity at every stage and immediately make required changes as necessary
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
- Sort and file documents according to established filing systems
- Executive Administrative Assistance support when required
- Respond to telephone, in person or electronic inquiries and forward to appropriate person
- Perform file reviews to ensure that the program file requirements are being met

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma in Office Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data management and/or office administration
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate literacy and math skills
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
- Current and satisfactory Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
