Position Overview
- Support the Mindscope Sales Representative with various facets of the sales process
- Send pre-demo surveys to potential clients
- Follow up and reach out to inbound leads
- Create detailed reports and financial records
- Consistently update the CRM system with ongoing opportunities
- Launch and run your own sales campaigns
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Representative to devise new and innovative lead generation strategies
- Possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Position Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple facets of the sales process simultaneously and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively follow up with leads, collaborate with the Sales Representative, and build relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of software industry, staffing and recruiting industries is a plus and experience with data entry, report generation are desired.
- Creative thinking skills to design and launch successful sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Sales experience or familiarity with sales processes is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset to track and analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
