Building Caretaker

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team. The Caretaker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities through facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning duties.

**Duties**:

- Perform facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and operational environment
- Conduct commercial cleaning activities to uphold cleanliness standards
- Monitor and address any repairs needed within the facilities
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks
- Excellent time management skills

**Skills**:

- Experience in maintaining facilities
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to clean effectively

Pay: $14.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
