We are currently seeking a hardworking, service focused leader to join our growing team as a Plumbing Operations Manager, for our Western Division (Oakville, Cambridge and London).

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plumbing service and installation department
- Quoting, planning and executing multiple projects to plan and budget
- Supporting the other teams at Naylor - HVAC, Projects, Sales
- Maintaining excellent internal/external customer relations, resolving issues and concerns and act as technical resource to customer and field employees
- Overseeing quality control and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supervising, motivating and coaching field employees and sub-contractors
- Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to

**Requirements**:

- Licensed (306A) Plumber; OWWA CCCS & Gas Fitter 1 considered assets
- 5 - 10 years of field experience - ICI & multi-residential, with previous supervisory experience being considered an asset
- Knowledge of drain cleaning practices for High Rise & Commercial customers
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Solid knowledge of government regulations and industry practices (i.e. OHSA, codes, etc.)
- Estimating experience; blueprint reading is an asset
- Experience managing monthly P&L
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to problem solve
- Excellent time management skills - able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
