◆内容
【仕事内容】
・ FX取引システムとCFD取引システムの監視する
・ 金融機関とのカバー取引を行う
・ 東京のチームとのコミュニケーションを行う
・ 日本語で書かれた社内ツールの使用する
・ 様々な取引データ、記録を正確に管理する
・ システム上のエラーや問題をいち早く察知し、迅速な対策を講じるとともに、関連部署に報告する
・ ビジネスパートナーとの関係を長期的に維持し、双方の理解及び協力関係を定期的に確認する
・ 常にインターネット技術について学習し、最新の業界と技術動向の概念を把握し、革新的なソリューションを提供する

・ ビジネスレベルの日本語力
・ MS Office
- Excel(Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Docs, その他基本的なPCスキル

・ AML/KYCの理解
・ Macintosh,Windowsが得意

**=Duties / Responsible for Operations Assistant=**

・Monitor the trading system of FX and CFD

・Cover dealing with other financial institutions

・Communicate with our team in Tokyo.

・Use the internal tools written in Japanese

・Maintain various transaction data / records to be accurate

・Timely detect any errors and problems on our system, take quick countermeasures and report to the relevant person or department.

・Responsible for the long-term maintenance of relationships among partners, regular understanding and checking the cooperation between both parties.

・Constantly learning about Internet technology, grasp the concept of latest industry and technology trends, able to provide innovative solutions

**=Skills and abilities (must)=**

・Canadian or Permanent residents or Open Work Permit

・Business level communication in Japanese

・MS Office
- Excel(Advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Docs and other basic PC skills

・Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, use discretion, diplomacy and tact.

・Excellent organizational and time management skills

・Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while continuously simplifying and prioritizing to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

・Self directed but able to work in a team environment

・Communications skills

・Able to anticipate needs of team members

・Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

・System monitoring work

・Trading experience with crypto currencies, stocks, forex and others

・Experience in financial, cryptocurrency or blockchain industry

・Experience with SQL, Excel VBA, Python or some programming languages

・AML/KYC understanding

・Make good use of Macintosh and Windows

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
