We are seeking a Catalogue Associate to join our team on a subcontractor basis (having a business number is a must). As a Catalogue Associate, you will be responsible for managing and updating product catalogues, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information.

**Duties**:

- Picking up items from the pallets/shipping boxes.
- Opening the box and checking the condition of the products.
- Searching for info/details online by using phone or computer.
- Entering data into the system and taking some photos if necessarily.
- Labeling the products and organize them on the shelves.
- Scanning / adding notes / editing the items info by using MS Excel.
- Moving shelves within the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Upload, organize, and maintain product information in our catalogue system.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings.
- Perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies or errors in product data.
- Assist in the creation of new catalogue entries and product descriptions as needed.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary product information.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an auction cataloger is **highly preferred.**:

- Previous experience as a merchandiser is **highly preferred.**:

- Experience using Excel confidently is a **Must.**:

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have a general knowledge of retail, household, tools, and small appliances merchandise that is sold online.
- Must be an active & quick learner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
