**Tâches/responsabilités**:
- Interagir de façon efficiente avec les différents départements afin de régler les problèmes reliés au taux à l’intérieur de l’entreprise;- Préparer les propositions tarifaires pour les clients;- Gérer le courriel général du département des taux (rate inquiries);- Compléter une proposition tarifaire pour répondre aux besoins de transport client- Répondre aux appels et courriels afin d'établir une tarification pour un mouvement unique, en respectant les critères établis, au besoin;- Apporter un support à la facturation en effectuant de l’audition d’expédition de façon hebdomadaire;- Offrir un support au département des ventes en clarifiant les demandes de clients;- Participer aux initiatives d’augmentations de tarifs (« Yield » Increases et GRI);- Participer à l’augmentation tarifaire annuelle, en effectuant des analyses de rentabilité et en préparant les propositions pour les représentants;- Autres tâches connexes

**Exigences/compétences**:
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire- Bilingue (obligatoire)- Connaissance de MS Office- Excellente maitrise d'Excel- Expérience pertinente en manipulation de données- Qualité exemplaire du service client- Expérience en transport (Atout)- Démontrer un bon sens du jugement- Excellente communication

We are currently looking for a Junior Pricing Analyst - Admin Support for our head office located in Dorval.

**Schedule**: 40hrs/week Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with possibility to make 40hrs over 4 days (Mon-Fri)

**Contract**: Full-time, permanent, remote

**Salary**: To be determined

**Tasks/responsibilities**:
- Efficiently interact with different departments in order to solve rate-related problems within the company;- Prepare rate proposals for customers;- Issue a rate proposal in order to meet the customer’s transportation needs (as required);- Weekly assistance to billing by auditing pros before they go through invoicing;- Offer support to the sales dept by clarifying customer requests;- Participate in Yield and GRI increases;- Participate in the annual rate increase process, conducting cost-benefit analyzes and preparing proposals for sales reps;- Other rate-related tasks

**Requirements/skills**:
- College or University degree- Bilingual (mandatory)- Good MS Office knowledge- Mastery of Excel- Relevant experience in data manipulation- Exemplary Customer service skills- Transportation experience (Asset)- Good sense of judgement- Excellent communication skills
