Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Frontier) is a rapidly growing provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery.

We are currently seeking a Filing Clerk to join our finance team in a full-time term position. The position starts immediately and runs until the end of June 2023 (3.5 months approximately). Shifts will be Monday to Friday 8 hours long and may vary between 8am to 6pm daily.

Working in our head office, you will share in the responsibility of providing invoicing and backup documents as needed to our clients, managing incoming and outgoing document courier shipments, sorting and distributing mail, ordering office supplies and managing office supply inventory, and retrieving files for inquiries or requests (for internal and external clients).

Your responsibilities may also include submitting service requests and checking in visitors as well as providing general office support to the finance and operational departments.
- Grade 12 (or equivalent) of education schooling.
- Minimum 1-year general office experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to recognize subtle differences in numbers and letters, both in paperwork and on screen.
- Ability to multitask and work independently (with minimum supervision)*
- Good time management skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated initiative in your everyday work.
- Previous experience working in an accounting or billing function an asset.
- Previous experience using a MFU for scanning/printing/faxing functions an asset.
- Previous experience working in supply chain logistics or customs industry an asset.
