**How You’ll Be Contributing**:
- Process claims from the independent channel.
- Manage return processes and claims deductions for major customers (e.g., Amazon).
- Consolidate deductions into spreadsheets for streamlined tracking.
- Gather and analyze financial information.
- Create ongoing statistical reports to identify trends and insights.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.
**We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have**:
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent level of industry experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and statistical skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating and acting as a liaison between logistics and other departments.
- Familiarity with deductions for major customers.
- Excellent Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Fluency in English and French

Dans le cadre de ce rôle essentiel, la personne choisie traitera et regroupera les réclamations et gérera les retours et les déductions. **Votre contribution**:
- Traiter les réclamations des canaux indépendants.
- Gérer les processus de retours et les réclamations de déductions pour les principaux clients (par ex. Amazon).
- Consolider les déductions dans des feuilles de calcul pour un suivi rationalisé.
- Recueillir et analyser les renseignements financiers.
- Créer des rapports continus de statistiques pour identifier les tendances et les concepts.
- Accomplir d’autres tâches au besoin.
**Exigences**:
- Baccalauréat en commerce, ou expérience équivalente dans l’industrie.
- De 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
- Esprit analytique et habiletés importantes en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en étude des statistiques.
- Capacité démontrée à assumer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique
- Expérience en collaboration et en tant que contact entre la logistique et les autres départements.
- Connaissance des principes de déductions pour des clients principaux.
- Excellentes connaissances d’Excel, incluant les tableaux croisés dynamiques et les tables de correspondance (VLOOKUP).
