We are seeking a talented and experienced Amazon Specialist to join our team and take charge of our Amazon marketplace presence. As an Amazon Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, optimizing product listings, and ensuring that our products are visible and competitive on the Amazon platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Amazon Store Management**:Manage and maintain our Amazon seller account, including product listings, pricing, and inventory.

**Optimize Product Listings**:Create and update product listings to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Monitor and enhance product content, including A+ Content, EBC, and other rich media.

**Keyword Research and SEO**:Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

**Advertising and Promotions**:Develop and execute Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Manage promotional activities, such as Lightning Deals and coupons, to boost sales.

**Competitor Analysis**:Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

**Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Manage product reviews and ratings, striving for positive feedback.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and key performance metrics.
Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve our Amazon strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms (AMS, Sponsored Products).
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and Amazon A9 algorithm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising and marketplace tools is a plus.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
