Boring Mill Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled **Boring Mill Operator** to join our team. As a Boring Mill Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to fabricate and package products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits at our **Sarnia location**
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and operate milling machines to fabricate products
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control using calipers and other measuring tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the milling process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Boring Mill Operator or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of milling processes
- Proficiency in programming milling machines using Fanuc controls
- Familiarity with Gibbscam or other CAD software is a plus
- Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
