Responsabilités clés:

- Contribuer aux initiatives d’analyse de la circulation aérienne de NAV CANADA et aider à relever les principaux défis de l’aviation tels que les retards, la reprise de la circulation et la performance du système dans l’espace aérien canadien.
- Travailler avec les unités d’affaires internes pour recueillir et analyser les données provenant de diverses sources afin de permettre la diffusion rapide de rapports périodiques et ponctuels.
- Effectuer des analyses approfondies et élaborer des processus pour produire divers rapports.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe sur des questions de recherche du secteur.
- Voir à la production continue de rapports mensuels périodiques et ponctuels et cerner les aspects où l’exactitude et l’efficacité peuvent être améliorées.
- Préparer des présentations à partir des résultats d’analyse et savoir les communiquer à un public qui ne possède pas de connaissances techniques.
- Soutenir l’amélioration des processus analytiques et les initiatives d’assurance de la qualité connexes afin d’améliorer l’exactitude et l’efficacité des données.
- Améliorer la documentation des processus existants et trouver de nouvelles sources de données potentielles pour approfondir les objectifs de recherche futurs.
- Effectuer des recherches sur les tendances économiques et mondiales de l’aviation au Canada et à l’étranger afin d’appuyer les objectifs de performance organisationnelle de NAV CANADA.

Exigences du poste

Études
- Un baccalauréat dans un domaine tel que l’informatique, les données et l’analytique, la science des données, les mathématiques et les statistiques serait considéré comme un atout, ou une combinaison acceptable d’autres études, expériences et formations pertinentes.

Expériences
- Expérience de la production et de la tenue à jour de données statistiques à l’appui des décisions d’affaires.
- Un (1) an ou moins d’expérience de travail pertinente.

Connaissances
- Connaissance de la collecte, de la manipulation et de la validation de données afin de créer du contenu pour les rapports et les présentations.
- Connaissance des logiciels d’analyse statistique.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
- Connaissance de Power BI ou intérêt à apprendre à l’utiliser.

Aptitudes
- Aptitude à organiser, à analyser et à synthétiser des données.
- Compréhension des principes fondamentaux de la recherche quantitative et qualitative.
- Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome pour planifier et établir l’ordre des priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
- Aptitudes en analyse permettant de trouver une signification et des tendances dans les données, et aptitude à rester concentré(e) durant des analyses répétitives.
- Aptitudes en communication et en journalisme de données permettant de communiquer les résultats de l’analyse au moyen d’une narration efficace et de visualisations interactives.

Qualités personelles
- Passion pour l’apprentissage et le perfectionnement continus.
- Volonté d’en apprendre plus sur l’industrie de l’aviation et sur le système de navigation aérienne du Canada.
- Capacité à bien travailler en équipe en faisant preuve de flexibilité et d’enthousiasme.
- Capacité à faire preuve d’un esprit de collaboration et à communiquer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Autonomie et prise d’initiative pour trouver l’équilibre entre les délais et les demandes ponctuelles.
- Aptitude à adopter des approches créatives et stratégiques afin de résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.

- Ce poste est basé à Ottawa, mais pourrait être admissible à un horaire de travail flexible.
