Advisor Engagement Specialist

**Description:
- Temporary Full Time-
**What you will do**
- Work with project teams, business units and partners to identify key messages which resonate and motivate advisors, and drive our business forward
- Develop clear and concise activation plans for new product, process and technology offerings, targeted to a range of audiences including wholesalers, advisors and their operations team members and head office groups
- Work with marketing and creative services to build and deliver key tactics, communications and collateral pieces across a variety of media
- Develop and maintain communications calendars and touch plans to support launch activities
- Collaborate with business, technology and change management staff to pro-actively solve problems during initiative work cycles/sprints
- Determine measurable outcomes to gauge success of marketing and communications objectives
- Partner with field management and engagement teams to ensure adoption and success of new initiatives
- Represent Advisory Network and the needs of advisors in corporate communication planning

**What you will bring**
- 5+ years experience in marketing and/or project delivery, preferably in a large corporate environment
- Thrives in a high energy, demanding environment through a winning attitude
- Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills with colleagues, clients and third parties
- The ability to manage up and influence within a large corporate environment
- Experience with large scale projects and business transformation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a highly organized manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- University degree in business, communications or marketing
- Financial services industry experience, insurance preferred
- Familiarity with distribution sales channels as asset

**_Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg._**
- The base salary for this position is between **$51,400****:

- $95,200** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
