Position Overview

Are you passionate about supporting the success of our channel partner ecosystem? Are you passionate about developing and delivering enablement initiatives?

If that sounds like you, join the Global Revenue Enablement organization. We are an agile team who value teamwork, are data-driven, and committed to industry-leading learning experiences and we´re looking for a Project Specialist, Partner Enablement who is eager to be part of a global team.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Partner Enablement, you will support the development, of high-impact partner enablement programs across all Geos.

You possess excellent project management skills, understand channel partner ecosystems.

You will be located in Montreal region as a remote employee.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work across channel teams, multiple Autodesk sales, customer success teams and our partners to lead our partner enablement programs in all Geos-
- Develop engaging enablement material to drive success and effectiveness of partner enablement programs includng re-enforcement activities- Develop project plans for partner enablement initiatives- Organise and facilitate enablement activities for partners- Monitor, analyze and prepare regular reports to showcase the effectiveness of enablement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications- BA, BS, or equivalent experience- Experience project management in partner enablement or related areas- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Proficient in project management tools

Relevant du gestionnaire principal, soutien aux partenaires, vous assisterez le développement de programmes de soutien aux partenaires à fort impact dans toutes les zones géographiques.

Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, vous comprenez les écosystèmes de partenaires commerciaux.

Vous serez situé dans la région de Montréal comme employé(e) à distance.

Responsabilités- Travailler avec les équipes de partenaires, les équipes de ventes Autodesk, les équipes de la réussite des clients et nos partenaires pour diriger nos programmes de soutien aux partenaires dans toutes les zones géographiques- Collaborer avec des spécialiste en la matière pour mettre à jour les documents de soutien pour les partenaires- Développer des documents de soutien attrayants pour favoriser la réussite et l’efficacité des programmes de soutien aux partenaires, notamment les activités de mise en œuvre- Développer des plans de projets pour les initiatives de soutien aux partenaires- Organiser et faciliter les activités de soutien aux partenaires- Surveiller, analyser et préparer des rapports réguliers pour mettre de l’avant l’efficacité des initiatives de soutien

Exigences mínimales- Baccalauréat ès arts ou ès sciences, ou expérience équivalente- Expérience en gestion de projets dans le domaine du soutien aux partenaires ou dans des domaines connexes- Compréhension approfondie de l’écosystème des partenaires- Collaborer efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projets
