**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- perform entry-level computer skills
- handling customer phone calls
- assist customers with setting service appointments, and keeping our clients informed of the status of their vehicles in for service
- check stories written by Techs ensuring all parts are on work order while keeping up with flow of work orders
- schedule trucks in for maintenance with daily communication and follow up with customers and vendors
- issue purchase orders to vendors for parts and service and other admin duties as needed
- ordering parts

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have excellent customer service experience
- Must work closely with vehicle repair technicians
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to multi-task
- Possess high level of overall technical knowledge

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekdays & Saturdays

**Language**:English/Punjabi preferred

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6B 3M5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
