We are seeking a Project Administrator, Property Management who will provide administrative support to the Project Manager.

**About the role**:

- The Administrator is responsible for (including and not limited to):_
- Maintain current and accurate project files.
- Schedule project meetings and prepare meeting agenda.
- Attend regular design and construction meetings.
- Prepare and maintain meeting minutes; distribute to all parties and file.
- Prepare tender documents.
- File all correspondence and ensure record keeping is current and accurate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project logs.
- Assist in developing scopes of work, RFP and RFQ preparations.
- Maintain Vendor lists in Yardi, WSIB & Insurance certificates.
- Assist with the integration of the construction module in Yardi.

- A working knowledge of Yardi software
- Excellent use of MS Office suite
- Organized and accurate file keeping
- Self-regulate to meeting timelines and manage workloads to meet deadlines
- Aptitude to learn and adapt to changing business needs
