**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Baccalaureate degree in a Business or related discipline. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum five (5) years professional HR/LR experience in a heavily unionized environment, preferably healthcare. Minimum two (2) years of these at a Senior Advisor level. Five (5) years participation in bargaining, acting as lead or in an integral role at least three (3) tables.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Knowledge of collective agreements, and related legislation (e.g., Employment Standards, Human Rights, Duty to Accommodate, Essential Services, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP), etc.). Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and listening skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a co-operative, respectful, and sensitive manner with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including all levels of the organization. Discretion, diplomacy and tact are essential. Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and group facilitation skills. Developed ability to build consensus within a diverse group of stakeholders. Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills. Strong commitment to participation within a collaborative team environment. Skilled at working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Ability to work within established financial and budgetary resources. Computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook and the Internet. Understanding and commitment to Covenant mission, vision, and values. Must have ability to travel province wide, between sites.
