**Responsabilités du poste**
- Soutenir l’équipe de direction et communiquer les stratégies et la vision pour le rendement clinique.
- Aider, planifier et organiser les activités, le plan de travail et les besoins de la division pour atteindre les résultats attendus.
- Agir à titre d’intermédiaire entre les différentes équipes au sein des Opérations cliniques. Repérer les problèmes de communication du personnel clinique et apporter des solutions.
- Responsable de coordonner avec les responsables d’étude clinique, c.à-d. séance d’essai et configuration de salle.
- Gérer l’horaire du personnel afin d’optimiser les activités liées au projet et autres tâches de soutien à l’équipe de projet.
- Participer à la création de la structure du calendrier, de la grille d’activités (ex. : analyse du menu des cahiers) afin de fournir des commentaires pour le personnel des opérations en clinique.
- Identifier les besoins en formation et effectuer des plans individuels/pour l’équipe.
- En collaboration avec la direction, évaluer le personnel pour voir ceux qui sont prêts à devenir formateur/accompagnateur.
- Fournir des commentaires et des mesures correctives efficaces pour la formation et les activités.
- Responsable de former le personnel sur le protocole, les PSP, les échéanciers, les activités (ex. : heures de repos, temps entre les sujets, etc.)
- S’assurer de la conformité aux directives réglementaires en vigueur des Bonnes pratiques documentaires et des Bonnes pratiques cliniques, et des politiques internes. (ex. : Évaluer les compétences de chacun à consigner l’information et donner des conseils afin de corriger les façons de faire si nécessaire.)
- Seconder les responsables des opérations lors de l’évaluation du rendement du personnel et des études par de la surveillance sur site et du soutien pour les procédures cliniques.
- Collaborer avec toutes les équipes pour l’amélioration de la qualité.
- Fournir des conseils et du soutien lors des procédures cliniques.
- Améliorer l’efficacité, en gérant les demandes et les tâches cliniques en temps réel lorsqu’un projet a le statut « en cours d’étude/on-study ».

**Qualifications**
**Ce que nous cherchons**
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en sciences de la vie, en sciences infirmières, en chimie-biologie, etc. ou l’équivalent d’une expérience de 2 années.
- Baccalauréat en sciences.
- Niveau de français/d’anglais : Le bilinguisme requis comprend la compréhension de divers messages, l’échange verbal sur des sujets liés aux tâches à exécuter et la rédaction de messages simples.
