Being fully on site, at our HQ's front desk in Quebec City, you are the face of the company. In this role, you will positively impact both local and remote employees around the globe by being a terrific and reliable internal resource. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Office Management team, with operations colleagues, leadership, as well as various suppliers and office technicians.

In this pivotal role you ensure seamless coordination and support an optimal employee experience at scale.

**While each day will be a little different, here's a glimpse of your responsibilities**:

- You get back to your desk and prepare logistics for the arrival of new employees coming to the office for their first day; you take a few minutes before lunch to organize receipts and start your monthly expense report.
- We take pride in our modern office spaces, and you do too So you tour the building, check equipment/supplies/snacks are stocked and take note of any cleaning or maintenance issues to be reported or supplies to be ordered for next month.
- You spend the afternoon brainstorming and planning an upcoming in-office event. You help organize and ensure everything runs smoothly by managing catering, special requests and/or cleaning services. Occasionally, like this evening, you will remain on-site for event support.
