Off Plan Sales Specialist

**Job Overview**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and generate potential buyers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop effective sales strategies.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of GRIT Developments' projects, including floor plans, pricing, amenities, and timelines.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the unique selling points of the projects.
- Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with clients regularly to nurture relationships and address any concerns.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**:
- Negotiate sales contracts and closing terms with buyers.
- Overcome objections and close deals effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales documentation.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven sales experience in the real estate industry, preferably in off-plan sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A valid real estate license is preferred but not required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: $1,000.00 per month
