**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Project Management**
- Oversee all projects at the Accelerator Centre, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with all team members, key managers and project owners to ensure timely delivery and maximize program success.
- Work with team leads and managers and define the scope of projects, timelines and resource allocation. Collaborate with internal teams to scope of project requirements, objectives, and deliverables and manage the projects through the entire lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, spaces and information.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, ensuring all team members are well-informed and aligned.
- Organize and lead project meetings, documenting key discussions, action items, and decisions.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, encouraging knowledge sharing and synergy.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and relevant files.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with team leads within the AC and with clients as needed. Serve as the team leads’ primary point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfactory delivery
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external use.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the established guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Responsible for post sales customer delivery success with international and corporate clients.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- You have 3-5 years of related work experience in project management and/or a post-secondary education in business or project management
- Excellent communications skills: the ability to clearly and effectively communicate program updates, opportunities, and challenges to both resources, leads and executives. Deliver engaging presentations and written content. While this role will not have resources reporting to them, the role is required to have stakeholders allocate and deliver deliverables on time.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, & techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Project Management Professional certification is an asset
- You take initiative and can manage multiple tasks and multiple directions.
- You can function with ease in a team environment and are ready/willing/able to help in all areas of the business.
