Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Integrated Communications Manager is responsible for developing awareness, strong brand image, and appeal of our portfolio of brands through engaging tactics including: PR outreach, Influencer Marketing, Event Management & Partnerships. With a focus on the U.S. market, you contribute to the strategic planning by activating earned programs and channels to drive ever-growing earned media value, improve the net sentiment of our brands, and maximize commercial opportunities.
As the Integrated Communications Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage business opportunities where earned media has a role to play and support new and existing go-to-market objectives while balancing maintaining the brands’ DNA. We’re looking for a creative, results-oriented, and strategic thinker with extensive experience developing PR and influencer marketing strategies, creating integrated communication plans, and building and nurturing strong connections in traditional and digital networks.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop the execution of innovative and result-driven communications plans & yearly calendars across earned media channels including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Cultivate new media relationships and maintain strategic connections with earned media partners for most reach, qualitative visibility and coverage
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across strategies per brand (including Brand Manager, Social Media & Retailer teams)
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and costs for campaigns
- Manage the contract process, overseeing or executing on contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring deliverables from partners are met
- Ensure that all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image of our company and/or brands are able to translate asks into actionable creative briefs and scopes of work
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry and platform trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Build and monitor an appropriate system of measures to drive optimal performance and continuous improvement
- Champion budgets with full accountability and optimize outputs
**Qualifications**

- University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (MBA an asset)
- 3+ years of work experience in an influencer, PR, or digital agency
- Proven experience in all areas of earned media, including digital editorial and social media
- Strong mastery of influencer marketing, with proven track record of managing macro, micro, and nano influencers
- Work experience with influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience within the US market is an asset

- Credible and convincing communicator, both written and verbal, with a sharp attention to detail.
