Our services include social media marketing, website design, content creation, pay-per click advertising, graphic design, digital video. Our business clients are able to take comfort in the knowledge that we are always ready to assist whenever the need arises.

**Position Overview**:

- Excellent phone communication skills
- Can hit the ground running day 1 with limited training
- Know how to use Chat GPT and others
- Professional and can work independently and know how to follow up, use marketing systems well and can move fast and manage time well
- A solid understanding of various social media platforms,
- Know how to setup Facebook / Meta Business Manager for clients
- Know how to use Google Keyword Research
- Know how to write article
- Have intermediate to expert level knowledge on how to use Canva
- Have Intermediate level understanding and how to navigate and use Go HighLevel CRM to manage automations and customer conversations
- Excellent understanding of Google Drive, Google Doc, Google Sheet
- Know how to prepare presentations using Power Point / PREZE
- Fast learner to train on new AI tools and systems
- Previous experience in digital marketing is highly beneficial

**Some Key Responsibilities - might vary based on business needs**
- Schedule sales consultation after initial consultation call
- Foster trust and respect to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Use Chat GPT and others for research, assessment and sales
- Set Up Facebook Business Manager Account for clients as required
- Use Go HighLevel daily to Maintain accurate records for all customer interaction and conversations
- Content creation and posting to client social media pages using tool as required
- Can work independently and know how to follow up and manage time well
- Use Canva as required

- Strong communication skills and knowledge of social media platforms posting such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, TikTok etc.
- Experience in customer service, consultation, and sales
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Canva is highly desirable
- Fast learner with digital marketing and AI tools.
- Strong knowledge of Go HighLevel CRM is a must
- A high-level understanding of platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business, SEO, Local SEO and Web Design is helpful but not required.
- Know how to use Chat GPT and others
